Darren has been actively involved in the accident management/repair business for the last 20 years. As the founder of Auto Claims, Darren set out to help innocent motor accident victims. Over the last 10 years Auto Claims has gone from strength to strength in providing the best possible independent service and advice. It gives us great satisfaction each year to help thousands of innocent people involved in accidents, recovering any losses they are entitled to. Developing our unique in-house claims system is one of Darren’s greatest achievements. Darren is very hands on, not only with marketing and promoting the business but the training/development of staff and gets involved solving the more complicated claims.
Karen joined her brother’s business 12 months ago following a 27 year career in the travel industry in sales and account management roles for major travel organisations.
Karen brings a wealth of corporate experience to ensure the already high level of quality and care is taken to motivate and drive the team to achieve higher results in settling customer’s claims.
Colin joined the team in 2000 working hard to become a good quality claims handler, now 8 years on his dedication, loyalty and commitment has seen him appointed to Supervisor, with the responsibility to ensure customers receive the best service his team can deliver, and dealing directly with solicitors to win complicated claims on customer’s behalf. Colin attributes our success to our unique in-house claims computer system which tracks every stage of a claim ensuring constant attention.
Jim joined Auto Claims after many successful years in the Insurance Industry at very many levels. Originally working in our claims recovery section, he now heads up our fleet management department ensuring the very best attention is given to one of the country’s largest Fleet Management Companies, his experience and professionalism ensures his team constantly exceed our customer’s expectations.
Liam joined us in 2002 with over 4 years customer service experience. Liam works hard ensuring attention is given to every stage of the claim through to conclusion. Organising the best “like for like” replacement vehicle for each customer plays a key role in our customer satisfaction and its this dedication to such high levels of customer service that Liam finds so rewarding.
Gary joined the Fleet Management team in November 2006, having previously worked within the Insurance Industry for 10 years. No stranger to claims handling, Gary aims to offer the best level of service to customers, from the start to completion of the claim taking away the pressures surrounding a road traffic accident.
With many years experience with a major Insurer, Scott joined the claims team in October 2007 and has already established himself as a dedicated handler, excelling in speedy resolutions to claims. It helps when you understand the need for this service and how important it is to keep the customer mobile, yet back into their own vehicle as soon as possible. “I have been impressed how much effort the company goes to to assist clients immediately after a non-fault incident and throughout the claim.
The latest addition to our claims team, Nicole joins with no previous experience to work with the Fleet Management team. Already after our intensive training and coaching along with the ease of our in-house automated claims system, Nicole is showing signs of being a competent claims handler.
Richard Thomas – Hire Account Manager & Personal Injury Consultant
Richard joined the team in 1999 developing business customers. Richard also manages our own replacement vehicle fleet and the relationships with our external hire suppliers. His major role however is assisting customers with claims for any Personal Injury acquired as a result of the non-fault accident, Richard makes personal visits to assist with the paperwork, answer any questions and generally taking the stress and worry out of an otherwise complicated process.
Asam joined Auto Claims in 2002 working in our accounts department and has gone on to become the Company Accountant. Asam continually strives for personal improvement attending many evening courses, which in turn benefits the business. Asam is very hands on assisting with interpreting for customers who’s first language is Urdu and Punjabi
